Co-hosted by our coaches Olivia and Sam it is a 2 hour introduction to technique, interpretation and performance with plenty of optional crowd participation.

It will also give you a good overview of everything we're about and what we can offer you. There will also be a 15 minute interval with live music from our hosts.
